Data we collect
We collect account information (email, workspace name), recipes, ingredient catalogs, uploaded dish photos, invoice documents, inventory counts, and usage necessary to operate costing and audit features. We do not sell operator data to third parties.
Tenant isolation
Each workspace receives database-per-tenant isolation. Your recipes, invoices, costing data, and uploaded media are not commingled with other operators' workspaces.
AI processing
Dish photos and invoice documents are processed by vision and document models to extract structured costing data. Uploaded files are stored in your tenant environment and used only to provide the features you invoke.
Retention & deletion
Workspace data is retained while your account is active. You may request workspace deletion through support; deletion removes tenant-scoped recipes, uploads, and costing history subject to legal retention requirements.
Security
We use industry-standard transport encryption, access controls, and isolated database environments. Operators are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and team permissions inside their workspace.
